China has been a central part of my professional journey for more than two decades. My experience began through academic study and deep engagement with Chinese language and culture, and later developed into practical business activities, entrepreneurship and international consulting.
Over the years I have developed an understanding of China not only as a market, but as a complex business environment where success requires cultural understanding, strong relationships, strategic thinking and effective execution.

During this time, China has become not only a place where I studied and worked, but also a country where I built businesses, developed partnerships and gained practical experience navigating one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
I have personally experienced many of the challenges that foreign entrepreneurs face: understanding the local business environment, building relationships with Chinese partners, establishing companies and operational structures, managing teams and processes, communicating across business cultures, and finding practical solutions when standard approaches are not enough.
